1) Registration Deposit

Amount: €6,000 (Euro)

The registration deposit is required to initiate the application and placement process
and to reserve a provisional place in the program.

• Payment methods: credit card or bank transfer
• The deposit will be deducted from the total program fee
• €1,000 of the deposit becomes non-refundable after the first 15 calendar days from the date of payment
• If the student is not accepted into the program, the deposit will be fully refunded at any time

2) Acceptance Payment

Amount: 30% of the total program fee

Upon official acceptance into the program, a payment equivalent to
30% of the total program fee is required to confirm and secure
the student’s placement.

• This payment is required to officially secure the student’s place in the program
• The placement will not be confirmed until this payment has been received
• Failure to complete this payment may result in cancellation of the placement without guarantee of availability

3) Final Payment

Amount: Remaining balance

The remaining balance must be completed
no later than 16 weeks (120 calendar days) prior to the start of the program.

• Final payment must be made exclusively by bank transfer to the Seville Abroad bank account
• Failure to complete payment within the established deadline may result in
  cancellation of the placement and loss of previously paid amounts

Late Enrollment Policy

For enrollments made within 16 weeks (120 calendar days) prior to the program start date,
full payment of the remaining balance will be required immediately upon acceptance
in order to secure placement.

• No placement will be confirmed until full payment has been received
• Availability is subject to remaining capacity at the time of acceptance
